Up at 5am to go to the airport and fly home, got a ride from the neighbor that has befriended my parents and keeps an eye out for them. How nice it is to have people that watch out for you and are there when you are in need, how many of our troops have that?
Made it to the Airport, what I like about the Airport now is that nobody hassles me for not wearing shoes, thank God that someone has not tried to blow up a plane by lighting his underwear up or we would all be streaking thru the Airport. That could be a good thing or a bad things guess it depends on who you are flying with.
Got home which I was lock out of, broke in thru a window, went out to dinner with a friend then home to bed by 10pm.

It is the New Year and every morning is a time to plan for the day and every night or every encounter is a moment to reflect and start anew.

Got the book “Flashback” which is about the effects of war on men in America since the Civil War (that is a strange thing to say, a civil war, how is that possible?), it was very informative and eye opening.
